Join Chef Liiv & the Flavor Gang for an unforgettable evening celebrating the flavors of the Pacific Northwest through thoughtfully crafted seasonal cuisine. Each Dinner is inspired by the land, the forests, the farms and the stories of the season. Every menu is unique and created around the freshest local ingredients available. While each event follows its own theme, the menu itself remains a surprise, inviting guests to experience the joy of discovery with each course.
Each evening features a multi-course chef's tasting menu served in an intimate setting with limited seating. We are happy to accommodate most dietary restrictions when notified in advance at the time of ticket purchase.
