The PNW BOX is a thoughtfully curated seasonal collection celebrating the flavors, creativity, and abundance of the Pacific Northwest. Each box brings together BIPOC-owned, PNW-made goods, highlighting artisans and food makers who are deeply connected to this region and the land that shapes their work.
At the heart of every box is one full-sized Liiv’s product—created to anchor the experience and set the tone for the season. From there, each item is intentionally selected to complement one another, creating a cohesive story you can taste, use, and share.
This box is designed to feel both special and practical: food you’ll actually cook with, treats meant to be savored, and pieces that bring warmth into your home.
Each PNW Box includes:
1 full-sized Liiv’s brand item
1 full-sized artisan-made PNW product
1 seasonal sweet treat
1 art or at-home item
1–3 smaller complementary products
A recipe kit element that ties the box together and invites you to create
Every box is seasonal, small-batch, and curated with care—meant to slow you down, spark creativity, and connect you to the Pacific Northwest through food and craft.
Refund & Return Policy
Because our boxes include food items and small-batch artisan goods, all sales are considered final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
That said—if something isn’t right, we want to make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Food & Perishable Items
For safety and quality reasons, food items cannot be returned. This includes opened, unopened, or partially used products.
Artisan & At-Home Items
Due to the limited and small-batch nature of our boxes, artisan and at-home items are also non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as delivered but not received. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
Seasonal & Limited Boxes
All seasonal and limited-edition boxes are final sale. Items cannot be swapped or substituted once orders are placed.
